Step 1: PRE-PRODUCTION
We lay the groundwork: briefing, concept, format, and content planning, then scout the right location. No fixed studio, we set up wherever you are.
Step 2: PRODUCTION
We run the shoot: production staff, video and audio equipment, and a recording schedule. We handle the technical and on-location setup, sound, image, and pacing so that you can focus on the conversation.
Step 3: POST-PRODUCTION
We edit and polish audio + video (long-form and short-form), photos for thumbnails and social media, and sound design. Our network of musicians and producers lets us create tailored music for every podcast.
Step 4: DISTRIBUTION
We publish on Spotify, YouTube, and Apple Podcasts, and optimize titles, descriptions, and metadata. We also manage distribution channels and promote your content with Google Ads to ensure you reach your audience.
Step 5: DEVELOPMENT
A podcast isn't a one-off project. We evaluate what's working together, adjust where needed, and help plan your next season or follow-up format.
