Meet the Founders
Angèle-Marie and Joïm are two creatives from Curaçao, living in the Netherlands. Both of them moved here for their studies and to build their careers. They started by creating a podcast, OnBrand Podcast, to serve their community through authentic conversations, highlighting creatives and entrepreneurs. After building a community, they turned to doing so for their clients through ONBRAND.cw Productions, by means of podcasts, value-creating content, and project management.
Angèle-Marie specializes (among other things) in concept development, brand strategy, podcast production, project management, and hosting. Joïm specializes (among other things) in podcast pre- and post-production, distribution platform management, and Google Ads advanced targeting.
Rudina Gomez is a producer, writer and talent development consultant from Bonaire. Her work centers around creating space for Caribbean stories and bridging the gap between Caribbean filmmakers and the Dutch and international landscape.

Nathan is the founder and lead at NDEL Studio. NDEL Studio is a photo- and video production company based in the Netherlands. They specialize in cinematic event coverage, creative reels, and visual content for brands and businesses.

Steven is a photographer and creative director. With roots in Curaçao and a creative practice based in the Netherlands, his photography is known for blending complex themes with a creative eye. His approach makes use of conceptual storytelling, and brings attention to moments of what often goes unseen.
Ambrosius Roeland is a documentary filmmaker and visual storyteller based in Tilburg, the Netherlands, with roots that stretch between Curaçao and the Netherlands.
